We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Project Site Accountant

Location: Kogi / Abuja
Job Type: Permanent

Job Description

  • Managing the Site Imprest.
  • Prepare a weekly cash plan every Friday with information collated from projected cash transactions.
  • Undertake cash withdrawal runs from designated bank based on cash plan duly authorized.
  • Carry out reconciliation of cash and Bank statements with SAP Ledger balances.
  • Act as a Business Advisor to the Project Manager and Project Management team.
  • Build a collaborative and supportive environment between Finance and the project delivery team to ensure objectives are met.
  • Carry out daily cash and bank disbursement based on approved requisitions.
  • Ensure real time posting of cash and bank transactions in SAP.
  • Submission of weekly report on cash movement.
  • Facilitate Daily Cash Count.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • ICAN
  • ACCA
  • CIMA
  • Minimum of 1 year in finance/accounting discipline, with relevant experience in Oil Services or banking. A good understanding of EPC would be an advantage.

Job Title: Corporate Communications Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Permanent

Job Description

  • Engages with Executive Management and relevant stakeholders (Media, Agencies, etc.) to develop a unique brand identity that would be recognized by employees, customers and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Executive Management to formulate a Brand & Corporate Communications strategy that will support Company’s corporate goals & targets and core values and drives its implementation.
  • Engages with Executive Management and relevant stakeholders (Media, Agencies, etc.) to develop a unique brand identity that would be recognized by employees, customers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Media & Broadcasting or related field.
  • Minimum of #8 years combined experience in a Marketing/Corporate Communications role of a Group business and Marketing/Branding Agency with at least #3 years in a management role.
  • Strong capabilities in media content development, marketing communication, media relations, digital marketing, event marketing, and brand management.
  • High personal ambitions, drive and strong work ethic.
  • Experience working on successful rebranding or marketing campaigns.
  • Strong technical writing and business writing skills with the ability to produce compelling and professional written content for publication via reputable international and regional news media.

Primary Skills:

  • Ability to Conduct Robust Search, Excellent Writing & Communication Skills, Proficient in the use of IT Systems, SAP Skills, Strong Management and Leadership Skills.

Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Job Description

  • Drive revenue-generating and expense efficiency initiatives by understanding business economics and effectively leading and influencing business.
  • Collaborate with business partners (e.g., Marketing and Operations) to develop robust financial forecasts and drive insightful analysis.
  • Create and maintain models to understand long-term profit and loss impacts and drives business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of #6 years’ experience working as a Construction Manager/Project Manager in EPC – Pipeline & Faculties or similar industry.
  • Must have cogent experience in at least two EPC projects spanning from Engineering, procurement, Construction to Commissioning & Handover.
  • Registered with COREN with valid practicing licence.
  • PMP qualified or other Project Management Certification (PRINCE II etc.) is mandatory.
  • Relevant Management qualification or Training.

Primary Skills:

  • B.Sc Engineering / Other related discipline, Confidence and Resilience, Organizational Building, Strategic Leadership, Teamwork.

Job Title: Project Accountant (Supervisor)

Location: Abuja
Job Type: Permanent

Job Description

  • Prepare a weekly cash plan every Friday with information collated from projected cash transactions.
  • Ensure real time posting of cash and bank transactions in SAP.
  • Participate in the project decision-making committees e.g. Project Review meetings and contribute effectively to decision-making process.
  • Ensure the accuracy of monthly project reports and forecasts.
  • Carry out reconciliation of cash and Bank statements with SAP Ledger balances.
  • Submission of weekly report on cash movement.
  • Coordinate the effective and timely monitoring and reporting of budget performance. Ensure performance against budget, variance analysis is timely reported and unapproved budget spend is mitigated.

Requirements
