Job Title: HR Officer

Description

  • We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
  • You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
  • If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions.
  • We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.
  • The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes

Requirements

  • BSc / BA in Business Administration; further training will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Job Title: Collections Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are looking for a competent Collections Manager to provide dedicated specialized functions for optimizing collection strategies, and procedures to facilitate optimal collections and achieve required targets, reduce bad debt.
  • Our Collections Manager should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize collection procedure
  • Optimize collection strategy
  • Follow up with clients to manage debt settlements and loan renewals
  • Ensure all lending procedures comply with regulations
  • Develop, review and update our company’s credit policies
  • Deliver accurate collection reporting
  • Facilitate bad debt reduction
  • Enforce collection protocols
  • Facilitate rehabilitation of customers in arrears by proposing strategy adjustments

Requirements

  • BSc in Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Collections Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Collections methodologies
  • Solid understanding of Core banking functionality and core regulation of credit within Nigeria
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.g. in Excel , SQL)
  • Negotiation skills
