Job Brief

  • We are looking for a competent Executive Assistant Trainee to provide personalised technical and professional support in a well-organised and timely manner.
  • The successful candidate will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the company’s business and communication.

  • Act as a point of contact between the company and internal/external clients.
  • Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Manage websites and social media platforms
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage correspondence, draft letters and documents, collect and analyse information, prepare reports.

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Sterling character
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable, with great follow-up skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and personal leadership

  • I.T enthusiast with strong research skills

Other Information:

  • Prior experience is an advantage but not necessary. You will be exposed to details of business operations with practical training to fulfil assigned responsibilities, develop capacity and actualise your own dreams.
  • We have a flexible work arrangement that allows you to effectively combine your work commitments with other interests. You will work remotely, reporting physically only four to six times a month.
