Job Title: Customer Service Intern

Location: Nigeia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.
  • Support in resolving customer complaints.
  • Records the details of Customers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.
  • Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
  • Providing information to customers.
  • Monitoring sales performance.
  • Closing sales deals.
  • Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in related field from a recognized institution.
  • 0 – 1 year Experience.
  • 23-30 years
  • Preferably females for gender balance
