Job Title: Commercial Manager – Business Unit (Power Generation)

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • Commercial managers coordinate commercial teams and collaborate with contract managers to resolve contractual and commercial issues. This involves contract negotiation, project planning, and risk management.
  • Commercial managers are also great communicators and strategic thinkers who develop plans that coincide with business targets, and their main duty is to oversee expenses and revenue to create financial returns and business growth.

Duties

  • Implement BU (Power-generation) Commercial strategy throughout the BU (head office+ Branches) & company with Head of Division
  • Assist BU in supply chain management
  • Assist BU in dealership management.
  • Assist Bu’s Strategy building & action planning with core team & branches
  • Implementation of market intelligence & competitors’ know-how on regular basis

Job Requirements

  • Degree/MBA (Sales / Finance)
  • 5+ Years’ experience in Commercial sales

Job Summary

  • The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction .

Duties

  • Implement BU (Power-generation) sales strategy throughout the BU (head office+ Branches) & company with Head of Division.
  • To maintain effective two-way communication between branches and Core team
  • To advise management on pricing regimen, by conducting surveys among competitors in the industry.
  • Strategy building & action planning with core team & branches
  • Implementation of market intelligence & competitors’ know-how on regular basis

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. Eng. (Or related Field) / MBA
  • 5+ Years Techno-Commercial

Skill Set:

  • Leadership
  • Situational management
  • Analytical skills.

  • To maintain effective two-way technical know-how among branches, principles and Core team
  • Technical strength building along the branch network.
  • Product in depth knowledge + Principle’s knowledge
  • Implementation of market intelligence & competitors’ technical strengths know-how on regular basis / competition analysis

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. Eng. (Mechanical)
  • 5+ years Technical + Sales background.

Skill Set:

  • Strong technical Skills / Thermodynamics + IC Engines background/ Sales Skills &
  • Strong reporting capabilities
  • Generator market Experience.
