Beddings and Beyond, a leading store in the interior decoration industry is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Admin / Accounting Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Core Responsibilities
These include but are NOT limited to:
- Conduct periodic physical stock checks and book-to- book reconciliations
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties e.g. keep a running tally of all deposits and debits.
- Prepare and present reports using simple spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel; highlighting information, such as gross revenue, monthly debits and account balances.
- Maintain stock records using MsExcel and prepare inventories
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of OND and 0-2 yrs work experience in a similar role.
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Proactive and must be attentive to details
- Available for immediate resumption
- Should reside in the Lekki Ajah axis
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office especially Microsoft EXCEL
- Profound analytical, numeracy and problem solving skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
Salary
N65,000 / Month
